
ADEDOYIN ADEBAYO
An alumnus, University of Ibadan, Nigeria’s premier university, where he got his B.Sc in Geography. Doyin is an expert business development and business model strategist. He has extensive work experiences from Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), Zenith Bank Plc and has worked with a quite number of consulting firms like Executive Toolkit Peak Performance Coaches, Infodigm Consulting and Human Resource Associates on need basis. His career in banking industry spanned several aspects of banking including Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Banking Operations, Treasury Operations, Trade and Finance and Customer Service. Doyin has undergone several trainings in Credit and Risk Management, Sales and Sales Management, Business Development, Customer Service Management and many others.
Also during his stay in the Bank,he was so resourceful that he was made the branch training officer where he had the responsibilities of training new recruits, organizing and facilitating in-house training programmes for all staff. He was also part of the team that started a new retail branch of the bank where he brought in key relationships and contributed immensely such that the branch broke even under 3-months of operations.
Doyin believes in the “70-20-10 Model of Development, ” where 70 percent of learning is through practice and on-the-job experiences; 20 percent is through other people by exposure to coaching, feedback, and networking; and, 10 percent is through formal education-based learning interventions. This has helped him tremendously in his consulting career.
Since joining consulting, Doyin has led various Change Management, HR infrastructure development, talent management and training intervention projects in industries as diverse as the downstream oil industry, fast moving consumer goods, building and construction, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations. He has consulted for some of these organizations: African Star Energy Services, Chromogene International, West African Leasing Service Limited, Phoenix Energy Services Limited, St Martins Hospital, Zcubes Limited, Sandeco Group, Hilltop International Christian Centre amongst others.
Doyin is very versatile in the areas of human capital development, design, and implementation of strategic human resources. He is a versatile researcher, facilitator and strategy advisor. He has delivered training, speaking on a variety of topics to a broad range of organizations, including Guaranty Trust Bank, ITF-Rivers State, Fate Foundation and several other reputable organizations. He brings cognate Business Development, Sales Management, Strategy and Operational Improvement experience on board.

OBIORA IFEANYI AKUJIEZE

Obiora holds a BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Ibadan and is a licensed Associate (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has several years of experience spanning across several industries as Consulting, Banking and FMCG. Obiora started his career with Intercontinental Bank Plc (Now Access Bank Plc) before moving to Procter and Gamble. Obiora has key experiences in Budgeting and Financial Analysis, Costing, Competitive Analysis, Business Development and Audit amongst others.
He has undergone several training programmes both in Nigeria and abroad in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Competitive Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Leadership and Project management. At Procter and Gamble, Obiora successfully championed several high profile cost reduction and process improvement projects – Loss Elimination Project on FPLC (Finished Product Logistic Cost/Transport & Warehousing): Achieved $4 million dollar cost reduction within a fiscal year. West Africa Forecast Simplification & Standardisation: Achieved 99.9% forecast accuracy during Fiscal Year 2011 and 2012 along with improved productivity.Inventory Model change from the Regional Entrepreneur (RE) Model to Local Entrepreneur (LoE) model: Achieved seamless transition across models. This led to a reduced Inventory holding days of Regional distributors, out-of-Stock reduction by 50% and $1 million savings. He pioneered the development& deployment of a Competitive Intelligence Department for Sub-Saharan Africa- Increased the level of external focus within P&G Nigeria leading to significant improvement in forecast accuracy amongst others.
His professional journey is comprised of an eclectic mix of roles in the realm of finance and accounting – ranging from auditing to financial analysis and forecasting. He is also credited with piloting training and coaching initiatives within his teams. These accomplishments are a testament to his technical proficiencies, excellent interpersonal communications skills, and ability to work in collaborative environments. An entrepreneur at heart, expert at identifyinginvestment opportunities in the most unlikely avenues. His creative ability is immediately evident to those who come in contact with him and with these skills, he constantly finds innovative ways to add value to the world around him.

OBAFEMI AKINWALE

Obafemi graduated with a degree in Economics and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Regent Business School, South Africa. He started his career with the business advisory unit of Abraham Holmes Consulting and was involved in several strategy formulations, enterprise transformation and process reengineering, human capital management and training. These engagements have taken him across major industries such as banking, media, construction, power and telecommunications.Etc.
He moved on to join Lomerg Consulting as an associate consultant, Human Resources and Strategy where he was privileged to handle important strategic consulting engagements on behalf of Lomerg Consulting especially in the Logistics, Manufacturing and Advertising Industries amongst others.
He joined yet another consulting firm, Hartford Green where he served as an HR consultant, from where he moved on to the telecommunications giant,Globacom.
Over the course of his career, he has developed excellent skills in Human Capital Management, Turnaround Management, Business Planning and Research, Business Advisory and Training. He has delivered trainings and business consulting assignments to companies such as MTN Nigeria, Bank PHB, Sterling Bank, Threshold Global Concepts, DHL, Total E& P, Invent Media, FMC Technologies,Aveon Offshore,Intels Logistics,Orlean Invest West Africa and several others.
He is a certified management consultant (CMC), a member of the chartered institute of purchasing and supply, UK (CIPS), a member of the American society of training and development (ASTD) as well as a member of the society for human resource management (SHRM).
